Community Reward Allocation

30 % of the total supply is reserved for Community Rewards in order to reward useful activities of users who create value during the initial adoption period within the Wombat Web 3 Gaming Platform. The distribution (but not the release) of the tokens of this allotment is in the sole discretion of Spielworks GmbH.

Public Sale

A Public Sale is planned on Polkastarter on 27th of July 2022 13:00 UTC until 28th of July 2022 13:00 UTC in combination with a CEX listing on 29th of July 2022 and public liquidity pool listing in close temporal relation resulting in available WOMBAT trading.

Private Sale

The Private Sale consists of 1,500,000,000 WOMBAT tokens, divided into three rounds:

Seed Round

5% of total supply 500m WOMBAT Token price: 0.0024 USD

Strategic Round

10% of total supply 1B WOMBAT Token price: 0.005 USD

Ecosystem Allocation

The 20 % Ecosystem allocation will be directed toward future organizational and technical development as well as strategic growth and powering the Wombat Web 3 Gaming Platform. These tokens will be also used for key partnerships and growth opportunities. The distribution (but not the release) of the tokens of this allotment is in the sole discretion of the Company.

Liquidity Allocation

The 9% Liquidity Allocation will be used to set up liquidity pools on different DEX's, for rewarding liquidity pool providers on decentralized exchanges and for providing liquidity on CEX's. Tokens from other Allocations which cannot be used as part of their intended use increase the Liquidity Allocation in full. The distribution and release of the tokens of this allotment is in the sole discretion of Spielworks GmbH.

Company Allocation

As the corporate entity that funded the development of the Wombat Web 3 Gaming Platform, Spielworks has been allocated 15% of tokens which it intends to hold as part of its long-term treasury.

Team Allocation

The Wombat Web 3 Gaming Platform has been developed and brought to market by one of the most innovative and most motivated teams in the industry. To incentivize past and future contributions of each individual team member, Spielworks has been allocated 10% of the tokens to the team.

Use of token

If tokens cannot be used as part of their intended use, they will increase the Liquidity Allocation in full and will be subject to the Liquidity Allocation release schedule from that point forward.
